2) Female
3) Age 18-25
4) A classical musician who plays:
a) violin;
b) viola; or
c) cello
5) A contact lens wearer
6) Who suffers from:
a) dry eyes AND
b) myopia AND
c) Does NOT have astigmatism
7) Able to get a copy of your prescription immediately
8) Have a friend who also fits all of the above criteria?
